Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 46-bed medical-surgicaltelemetry unit, with 4 beds designated for IMC level of care
- Monitor and assess patients with diverse medical conditions, including orthopedics, plastics, and general surgeries
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Manage patient care for adult populations, primarily 18+
- Document patient progress and coordinate care activities accurately and timely
- Bring a caring, attentive approach to patient safety and comfort during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in medical-surgical, stepdown, or IMC/PCU units preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with plastics, orthopedics (total hips and knees), or general surgeries
- Familiarity with telemetry and patient monitoring technology
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
