Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatment plans to patients.

• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and licensing regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy plans.
• Ability to complete necessary documentation prior to assignment.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation requirements.
