Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow all licensing and credentialing requirements, including active license and credentialing processes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and performing physical therapy procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation and required paperwork.
• Compliance with all credentialing and licensing requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with ATI or similar documentation and credentialing processes.
• Ability to handle diverse patient cases with professionalism and care.
