Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI prior to starting assignments.
• Ensure licensure and credentialing requirements are met for seamless onboarding.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding dress code, parking, and shift hours during the day shift.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment provided during interviews.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and delivering physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Credentialing requirements as specified (contract QA).
• Equipment provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous work experience at ATI or similar facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
