Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Kent, WA
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, Contract (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treating physician’s orders.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the agency’s clearance packet prior to start date.
• Ensure timely completion of all required credentialing, licensing, and documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain active licensure and adhere to all regulatory standards.
• Support patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting and delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to work during day shifts.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Willingness to complete required documentation for ATI prior to clearance.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior outpatient or clinical setting experience.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
