Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Walla Walla, WA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy assistant services to home health patients.
• Visit up to 6 patients per day, maintaining a productivity standard of 27-30 points based on territory.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication, utilizing provided documentation tools.
• Work independently with a case load of 4-5 patients daily, adhering to scheduled visits.
• Comply with all regulatory and safety standards, including BLS certification.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled PTA experience (must be within the last 3 years).
• Valid Washington state license or a compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Reliable personal transportation for travel within the territory.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in home health settings.
• Ability to efficiently manage drive times within a maximum radius of 100 miles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
