Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate directly with ATI prior to commencing assignments.
• Follow all credentialing and licensing requirements to ensure compliance.
• Using provided equipment, deliver therapy sessions effectively during scheduled hours.
• Adhere to facility guidelines including dress code, parking, and other onboarding procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and delivering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation promptly and accurately.
• Willingness to start with a temporary compact license but obtain permanent licensing immediately.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of documentation protocols related to ATI assignments.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes for therapy providers.
