Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient condition and develop personalized therapy programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment methods.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to physical therapy practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize provided equipment during therapy sessions and follow facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active State Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and executing physical therapy treatments.
• Must complete documentation requirements directly with the healthcare provider prior to assignment start.
• Ability to start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Candidates with only a permanent license are eligible; no compact licenses accepted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation procedures.
