• Full-time, days, split floater position between Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home and Ambassador Sidney in Sidney, Iowa

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in an AL/IL setting
• Work collaboratively within a team to develop and implement therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities
• Support patient mobility and functional independence through therapeutic interventions
• Travel between two facilities as part of a split position, ensuring consistent patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in both states (dual licensure)
• Comfortable with commuting between Bellevue, NE, and Sidney, IA facilities
• Experience working in an AL/IL (Assisted Living/Intermediate Level) setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a split or multi-location role
• Familiarity with veteran care environments
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work schedule and settings

• Salary range: $26 - $29.35 per hour
• Position features a 10% salary placement fee
