- Full-time, days, split floater position between Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home and Ambassador Sidney in Sidney, Iowa
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in an AL/IL setting
- Work collaboratively within a team to develop and implement therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities
- Support patient mobility and functional independence through therapeutic interventions
- Travel between two facilities as part of a split position, ensuring consistent patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in both states (dual licensure)
- Comfortable with commuting between Bellevue, NE, and Sidney, IA facilities
- Experience working in an AL/IL (Assisted Living/Intermediate Level) setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a split or multi-location role
- Familiarity with veteran care environments
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work schedule and settings

Additional Notes
- Salary range: $26 - $29.35 per hour
- Position features a 10% salary placement fee
- No weekend rotation required
