Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Monitor and report patient conditions and progress to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State LVN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working in LTC or SNF preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.
