Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medication and monitor patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.

Required Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with elderly or disabled populations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
