Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule / Job Type:
Travel, Days Shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to ICU patients, including those in cardiac, neuro, or critical care units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in emergency situations requiring critical decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work dayshift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in neuro or cardiac ICU units preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
