Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Monitor client progress and document observations accurately
- Support patients in activities to improve their daily living and motor skills
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans accurately
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation and electronic health records
