Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience assisting in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
• Knowledge of healthcare safety standards and procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and treatment protocols.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
