Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients of various ages.
- Conduct evaluations to determine patients' communication and swallowing needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Proven experience in speech and language assessment and therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
