Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients of various ages.
• Conduct evaluations to determine patients' communication and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in speech and language assessment and therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
