Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and treatment techniques.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and patient care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic or neurological cases.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
