Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote patients’ functional independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in healthcare settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a similar clinical environment.
• Familiarity with documentation procedures and electronic health records.
