Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
• Administer medications, monitor patient health, and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for residents.

Required Qualifications

• Current LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
• Ability to handle multiple residents with professionalism.
