Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Athol, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week to 26-week contract, Days shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress accurately using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Manage a productivity rate of 55-63 patients per week
• Adapt to open scheduling options, including four 10-hour days and two evenings per week

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Raintree

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or hospital rehab settings
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
