Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient treatment and progress according to clinic protocols.
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines in all therapy activities.
• Contribute to a supportive and healing environment aligned with clinic values.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
• Proven experience in inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of diverse therapy techniques and modalities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
