Full-time, night shifts (7pm - 7am), 3-shift work week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit following established protocols
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythm patterns to ensure patient safety
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
• Attend orientation sessions to complete assessments and ensure compliance with hospital standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience
• Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license in hand
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with charge RN responsibilities
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems (e.g., Lotus/Qualivis) for submitting hours
