Travel; Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.
- Coordinate and implement patient care plans tailored to the age-specific needs of the patient population.
- Demonstrate clinical competency and compliance with hospital standards, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote understanding and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to infection control protocols, and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
- BLS, ACLS certifications required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant ICU or critical care nursing experience.
- TNCC certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel or acute care ICU experience.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and crisis events effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
