Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing and analysis.
- Maintain quality control and assurance protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation of lab results.
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient diagnosis.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of MLS/Medical Technologist experience.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent credentials.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital or clinical laboratory settings.
- Ability to handle rotating shift schedules confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
