Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, immediate openings, various hours including guaranteed shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 3 PM, with additional hours available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care and support to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assist with patient monitoring and ensure safety protocols are followed during night shifts.
• Support the healthcare team with documentation and treatment procedures.
• Engage with patients to promote their well-being and recovery.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant certification or licensure in psychiatric care or mental health support.
• Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of mental health protocols and patient safety procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in psychiatric facilities or mental health clinics.
• Experience with patient monitoring and crisis intervention.
• Ability to handle diverse and challenging patient behaviors.
