Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients recovering from injury or illness
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or post-hospital rehabilitation environments
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
