Full-time, Day shifts, Weekday with Weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment
• Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document accurately

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a long-term care or post-hospital rehabilitation environment
• Knowledge of elderly patient care and mobility techniques
