Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Support patient engagement and mobility activities
• Document patient care and progress accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a safe environment

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure or registration as required
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with documentation software and electronic health records
