Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients recovering from illness or injury.
• Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing functions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Assist in discharge planning and patient education.
• Support the facility’s mission to deliver high-quality rehabilitation and long-term care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Proven experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with post-hospital rehabilitation.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency is a plus.
