Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress to support recovery goals.
• Support patients in regaining and improving daily living and functional skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Basic understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Experience with diverse patient populations, including long-term and elderly care.
• Knowledge of therapy documentation and electronic health records.
