Job Title

- Saint Albans, VT
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients recovering from illness or injury
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy
- Support patients through rehabilitation activities to promote mobility and recovery
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification in the state of Vermont
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance procedures
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
