Job Title

• Saint Albans, VT

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients recovering from illness or injury
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy
• Support patients through rehabilitation activities to promote mobility and recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification in the state of Vermont
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance procedures
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
