- Full-time, days shift, weekdays with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support patients recovering from illness or injury through effective communication therapy
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification
- Experience working in rehabilitative or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with geriatric populations
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes
