Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, Monday through Friday, weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients of a skilled nursing facility
• Provide rehabilitative services to individuals recovering from illness or injury
• Support patient progress through therapeutic activities and interventions
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure or registration as required
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes
