Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for clients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
• Monitor, document, and report on client progress and therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, caregivers, and families to support client goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate and develop therapy plans for diverse populations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous clinical or outpatient therapy experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience working with pediatric or adult populations.
