Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a productivity load of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12-14 patients daily.
• Conduct follow-up visits, with double-booking expectations to ensure timely care.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to clinic protocols.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics as needed (not required to float to other locations).
