Job Title

• Rotating shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage a balanced caseload with approximately 50% in-patient and 50% out-patient duties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to adapt to a variable schedule and changing patient needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
