- Full-time, 13-week contract, night shifts, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to telemetry patients in a cardiac unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including managing cardiac drips and TR Band procedures
- Administer medications such as Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem, Tikosyn, and Sotalol according to protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Participate in unit-specific holiday and weekend rotations
- Float to other acute care units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Current Kansas RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with cardiac drips, TR Band procedures, and initiation of Tikosyn/Sotalol
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2-5 years of telemetry experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cardiac care environment

Note: This role involves working nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including holiday rotations and every-other weekend. Orientation includes both on-site and virtual Epic training. Candidate must be flexible to float across acute care units during assignments.
