Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, rotating day/night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to patients in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, ensuring timely interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and manage patient safety according to protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Rotate working at least every other holiday as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med-Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• 18 months of permanent experience in the specified specialty prior to travel assignment.
• Valid Ohio licensure or Compact State license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting with telemetry monitoring.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as Qualivis – Lotus.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and holiday rotations.
