Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures within a busy operating room environment.
• Support surgical teams in preparing and maintaining sterile fields.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting during surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Follow unit policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.

Required Qualifications
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or equivalent.
• DORA licensing required.
• NBSTSA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical experience.
• Experience working with transplant, spine, or robotic procedures preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with total joints, vascular, ENT, plastics, or transplant surgeries.
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Previous experience in high-volume operating rooms.
