Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location
• Wichita, KS

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to alarms.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, including central lines and medication drips.
• Assist with procedures such as Heart Cath recovery and bubble studies.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry or critical care nursing.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with EMR systems, such as Meditech.
• Familiarity with equipment like PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes.
• Strong critical thinking skills and positive attitude.
