Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare teams to support client progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Monitor and adjust therapy approaches based on client needs and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State License or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Proven experience in speech therapy with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a school or outpatient setting.
- Bilingual abilities or experience with diverse populations.
