Required Qualifications
• Valid social work license or appropriate therapist certification.
• Experience in mental health or social services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical practice standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and social service programs.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
