Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a 16-bed assisted living facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' mobility and quality of life.
- Monitor and document residents' progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate residents and staff on therapeutic exercises and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in a senior or assisted living setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with elderly populations.
- Knowledge of assisted living or long-term care protocols.

Compensation
- Salary range: $39.78 - $47 per hour.
- Placement fee: 10% of the annual salary.
