Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a 16-bed assisted living facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor and document residents' progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate residents and staff on therapeutic exercises and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a senior or assisted living setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with elderly populations.
• Knowledge of assisted living or long-term care protocols.

Compensation

• Salary range: $39.78 - $47 per hour.
• Placement fee: 10% of the annual salary.
