Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a 16-bed assisted living facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ daily living skills.
• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with the caregiving team to support residents' overall well-being.
• Document interventions and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Wisconsin.
• Relevant clinical experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with elderly populations.
• Familiarity with assisted living facility protocols.
• Certification in geriatrics or related specialties.
