Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy plans to improve patient's mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
- Document patient progress and communicate clinical findings to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Permanent US work authorization.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations.
- Knowledge of appropriate therapies and interventions for SNF patients.
