Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the cardiac stepdown unit based on the nursing process.
- Assess patients upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic test results.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician guidance.
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license for the State of New Hampshire or a Compact State license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in MS/Tele units.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
