Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents at a Veterans Home.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a senior or residential care setting.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous work in long-term care or veterans' healthcare settings.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
