Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents at a Veterans Home.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a senior or residential care setting.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous work in long-term care or veterans' healthcare settings.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
