Key Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic respiratory care to diverse patient populations.
• Perform bedside diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Review and maintain individualized respiratory care plans.
• Evaluate patients and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Serve as a preceptor for students and new team members.

Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program.
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• Current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• ACLS and NRP certifications (must be obtained within 6 months if not current).
• PALS and Stable certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to be on call and lift up to 30 pounds.
