- Therapist - Physical Therapist
- Tacoma, WA
- Full-time, weekdays (Monday-Friday), 8.5-hour shifts
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Current and active state license as a Physical Therapist
- Qualifications to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Previous experience in a long-term care or SNF environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
