• Full-time, temporary travel assignment, night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and support respiratory and cardiac needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform and assist with advanced procedures such as central line, chest tube, and arterial line insertions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including unit guidelines and safety protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or trauma/surgical ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC and ATCN certifications.
• Experience with procedures such as percutaneous tracheostomies, and use of ICU equipment like Camino ICP, CRRT, EVD, and wound vacs.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative personality.
