Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized occupational therapy services and evaluations for senior residents.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using facility systems.
• Foster long-term relationships with residents, empowering them to stay engaged in their well-being.
• Collaborate with residents, their families, and facility staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor with all patients and staff.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Required Qualifications
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in Pennsylvania in good standing.
• Strong passion for working with the senior population.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive, team-oriented approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in retirement or long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with documentation systems such as Net Health.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual resident needs.
